IBA was established by Brother &  Sister  M. A. Daoud who pioneered the mission work in Madagascar in the 1960's. Brother Skinner has just returned (May 2016) from a trip to Madagascar and has decided to implement some changes in the next few weeks on how this ministry supports Madagascar. The average wage in Madagascar is $2/day or less. The poverty is nation-wide. Our Brothers and Sisters now have about 260 congregations; some with church buildings, some in simple houses and some in rented classrooms. There are more than 300 preachers. In meeting with the Head Pastor, Brother Joro, and the Church Board, Brother Skinner has made some commitments to  helping these struggling Believers more in meeting their needs and in their evangelism. "No honest" Believer in America can deny that our nation has reached new lows. Not only do we see this in our nation but also in many churches. God's blessings have diminished as His church has involved herself in carnal activities. Miracles & Missions Digest has tried to warn America about this trend but few seem to have taken heed. "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we [Miracles & Missions Digest have tried to] persuade men; ..." (2 Corinthians 5:10-11)   

Wake up America! Wake up Christian! Wake up before Judgment Day has arrived and finds you without a wedding garment; (Matthew 22:11-14) without any oil; (Matthew 25:11-10) without any mercy because no mercy was showed towards the poor! (Proverbs 21:13) "Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard."   (Revelation 3:17) "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:"  

   A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. Psalms 68:5 

 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, 

and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Luke 18:16 

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows 

in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. James 1:27 

A true Child of God will condescend to help a child no matter who they are or whose they are!

(Romans 1:21-32) Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."

"If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or If I command the locusts to devour the land, or If I send pestilence among my people;  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place."  (2 Chronicles 7:13-15) 

The office of International Bible Association has been closed for several months. There has no orders been processed or the telephone answered. The mission work in Madagascar and our Prison Bible Ministry has been continuing and expanding. Brother Skinner covets your prayers for direction in providing the pure Word of God to all people. This ministry has never been about Bible sales for profit but rather laboring to sow God's Word  where it is wanted and needed most. Brother Skinner has had some physical set backs but continues to minister where and when it is possible through Miracles & Missions Digest, the work in Madagascar and the Prison Bible Ministry. True laborers have always been few and God's work continues through the dedication of those who are chosen and not through the talented of this world. Not through entertainment of puppets, sideshows, and beautiful voices! 

A lad with a few loaves and fishes, a poor widow woman with two mites, a despised tax collector, some common fishermen, a man with a limp, a young captured slave girl, an enemy of the Gospel,  and on and on the list could go: 

Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 1:25-31)

"Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness." (2 Corinthians 11:23-27)

"And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest." (Matthew 9:35-38)

Psalms 32:1-11
